Breakfast Pizza

This breakfast pizza was so delicious and so simple that I just had to share!

Pillsbury Seamless Dough Sheet

1 Cup Chopped Ham

1/4 Cup Diced Onion

5 Eggs

1/4 Cup Smoked Mozzarella

Shredded Italian Cheese

Bake at 375 degrees

Start by dicing up the onion and then caramelize it in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter.  While the onion is cooking, dice up the ham and throw it in with the onion to cook.  Let this cook on low for a few minutes while you dice up the 1/4 cup smoked mozzarella.  Beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to the ham and onion.  Roll the dough onto a small cookie sheet and cover with the mozzarella.  Stir the eggs and ham mixture until the eggs are almost done.  Now spread this mixture on top of the dough spreading it from corner to corner.  Top with the Italian cheese blend (mine was mozzarella and provolone – but use your favorite cheese blend).  Bake 15 minutes in a preheated oven – time may vary slightly.  (I use a convection oven so mine might have cooked a little quicker).

Serve with your favorite beverage.  We decided to make it a Champagne day so we drank Mimosa made with Swedish Hill Sparkling Wine.
